Club Registration

Due to an overwhelming number of requests for club tables we implemented an application process for clubs wishing to attend VisionCon.

You can register online on the right side bar of this page. After your application is reviewed you will be provided with a web address where table(s) are available.

What is a Club?

In order to qualify as a club a group must meet 3 of the following criteria:

  1. Verifiable membership
  2. An active working internet website
  3. Cannot operate as a business
  4. Non-profit status
  5. Include a charity aspect / or an educational component

Club Table

Your club or organization can purchase a club table located in the hotel artrium. Here are the rules and restrictions on club tables.

  1. Club/Organization tables are $50.00 each.
  2. You can purchase a maximum of 1 table. If you need additional space please contact
  3. Your club/organization gets 2 free weekend badges for the first table only.
  4. With the purchase of a Club/Organizational table you will receive a free 1/2 page ad in the Visioncon Convention Book. If you'd like to upgrade to a full page advertisement the cost of the advertisment will be $75.00 instead of the usual $150.00
    (Maximum of 1 full page ad. Normal rules for advertisement submission apply)

Additional Items for Clubs

  1. Internet can be provided with an additional charge of $20.00 for the weekend
  2. Power can be provided with an additional charge of $50.00 for the weekend
  3. Additional weekend badges are available for club members at a discounted rate of $30.00 each after purhcase of a table.
  4. Club members must Pre-Reg under your club name to get the discounted rate. They will be charged at-the-door price if they have not pre-registered.

Vendor Registration

Register for your space in the Vendor's Room to peddle your wares to the crowds of adoring Con Goers. Below is the current rate list for securing a spot at Visioncon.

Vendor Room at VisionCon 20th Anniversary

Vendor Table Information*

  1. 10 x 10 Booths - $300.00 (Includes 4 Weekend Badges & Weekend Business License)
  2. 8 x 4 1/2 Booths - $150.00 (Includes 2 Weekend Badges & Weekend Business License)
  3. Contact if you need internet and / or power (additional charges will apply)

Additional Items for Vendors

  1. Internet can be provided with an additional charge of $20.00 for the weekend
  2. Power can be provided with an additional charge of $50.00 for the weekend
  3. Additional weekend badges are available for $30.00 each after purchase of a booth.


  1. If more then one booth is needed, Please contact
  2. Booths not paid for by January 1st may be resold unless other prior arrangements are made
  3. All purchases must go through the Store.
  4. Cancellations must be received by October 31st, 2016 to receive a full refund
  5. Cancellations from November 1st, 2016 through December 31st, 2016 will receive a 50% refund of the purchase
  6. All cancellations on or after January 1st, 2017 will forfeit all money paid to Visioncon
